Hello students and families,

I hope everyone is doing well during these challenging times. I miss our time together in the classrooms, and I hope to see you all soon! Please continue to access the educational opportunities your teachers are providing through their blogs, Schoology, Google Classroom, etc. If you need a teacher username to login to the Raz-Kids reading program I shared previously, try using: MrAbbott. Reading Assignments

Hello Learning Strategies students,

I have set up a Learning A-Z Raz-Kids virtual classroom, where students can work on reading fluency and comprehension skills. I will add assignments to your accounts, so please check regularly. After reading a given assignment, please complete the comprehension quiz that goes with it. Your username is your first name and your password is your 6 digit LASID number (please find this on your Aspen account if you do not know what it is). If you are unable to login successfully or have any other issues or questions, please send me an email and I will assist you. I hope everyone is taking care of yourselves, your families, and your friends. This is a challenging time unlike anything any of us have experienced before. We are not sure what lies ahead, but we will all navigate these uncharted waters together. You will be given assignments from your teachers through their blogs, Schoology, Google Classroom, Google Drive, email, etc. Please check these sites regularly. I have shared a Google Doc titled "Learning Strategies Weekly Log" with each of my Learning Strategies students individually. You do not need to make a copy of this document, just go ahead and use the document that was shared with you. Please complete this log for each week during this time of school closure. I will be available by email, so please let me know if I can support you in any way. I will be checking your weekly logs as well. Take good care!
